Abtrac has changed the way we operate.

All our staff are more involved in getting data into our system.

This makes the data we have a lot easier to access, and we can make decisions far easier, supported by dynamic reporting from Abtrac.

I don't think we could have got to the point where we are now at Bennett and Bennett, with our recent growth, without the support of Abtrac.

Prior to installing Abtrac our debtor ratio (which is the amount of money over 30 days, outstanding) was at about 42 percent.

We’ve been using some different software for a long time and the software worked fairly well, but it wasn't cloud-based and that was hindering what we did.

It wasn’t the best it could be, and if there were issues that arose, we weren't able to directly talk to the people providing the software.

We had spent a number of months trialling Abtrac and really looking into it, until we were absolutely convinced it could do the things that we needed it to do.
We were happy that Abtrac was able to import our existing database so we didn’t lose any of our old data. We really wanted all that historic info coming across.

And a little over a week after we went live with Abtrac I was wishing we had made the move years ago. Everyone, 100% of our team were happy with the change.

After 10 years of owning a business, I've learned that my instincts and 'gut' are often correct. But having the data to either back them up or shut them up is invaluable. There's no time spent worrying about what might be happening - you already know.

No one loves the idea of filling out a timesheet, but if your systems are set up thoroughly and accurately using a provider such as Abtrac, they can be extremely simple and take only a minute or two each day. And the rewards are enormous, as most surveying firms are perfectly structured to measure their inputs and outputs extremely accurately when compared to many other professions.

Vision Surveys is extremely happy with the program and it's implementation.

Our company captures information based on many variables and the support staff have helped us to manipulate the system to allow us to set up, capture and report on these variables.

The cost of implemantation, training and monthly user subscriptions is very reasonable and software support is fantastic. Capturing timesheet hours and expenditure costing direct to the projects is great. The reports are extensive and the support staff assist with any changes of tweaks required to get the information we want to see. We invoice direct from the program and export the invoices to our accounting software.
