Do you require pre-payments for projects?
Deposits or Pre-Payments or Advance payments – whatever name you may choose to call it, can be managed in Abtrac.
You can:
- add deposit information as part of job billing details
- receive timesheet warnings if deposit is unpaid
- get invoicing prompts when pre-payments are due

Check out five different ways to look at Write offs
Write offs can affect the cash flow of your business, so it is best to be aware of how much your write offs and write ons are at any given point in time. It will also be helpful to analyse the reasons for write offs and keep a check on them.

Free Abtrac Health Check Session Terms and Conditions
When is the offer available?
- Until 10 October 2024 at 5pm (in the subscribers time zone), unless otherwise varied by us.
What’s on offer?
- Three free one hour online consulting sessions, to discuss how Abtrac is used in your office and run through problems you need solutions for, or features you may find useful.
What is an Abtrac Health Check?
- For a health check session you can come to us in advance with an agenda of things you'd like solutions for, or things you're not sure about.
- We can start the meeting with a general chat, and take any feedback on how you're currently using the system.
- We can then offer advice, or highlight any features that are new that you mightn't have seen and may find useful.
Who is eligible for the offer?
- The offer is strictly limited to any business that, at the time they accept the offer:
• Is a current Abtrac client, and
• Have been using Abtrac actively since 01 February 2024.
How to apply?
- Complete the sign up form on our website prior to 11 October 2024.
What else do you need to know?
- The three winners will be randomly selected after the offer ends.
- Winners will be contacted on 11 October 2024 using the details you provided on application.
- Your free Abtrac Health Check can be one-on-one, or with a team of people from your office(s).
- The free session is for one hour only, and will be conducted via Teams or Zoom. A recording of your session can be made at your request.
- A longer session can be arranged by agreement, any additional time (including follow up sessions) will be at our current consulting rate of $250 per hour.
- The offer is not transferable - your Health Check cannot be used in lieu of a training session
- Your one hour Health Check can be booked between 01 November 2024 – 31 March 2025, at a mutually convenient time.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, is not transferable and not refundable.
- Your use of Abtrac will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
