ADDING JOB PEOPLE

Need to keep track of everyone involved in a project?

Abtrac’s Job People feature lets you manage everyone linked to a job — internal staff, external consultants, and client contacts.

You can use it to set access permissions, and make sure the right people get notifications, budget alerts, or timesheet sign-off requests. It’s a simple way to keep communication clear and everyone accountable.

RECORDING HOURS WORKED

Want a clear view of how your team’s time is spent?

Hours Worked by Date, Employee, Client and Job report breaks down total hours worked by each employee over your chosen period.

For each date, it distinguishes between chargeable and non‑chargeable work.

It also calculates the value of time and provides percentage metrics for chargeable hours relative to total, ‘at-work’, or standard hours.

DOCUMENT SMARTER WITH ABTRAC

Managing Project Files and Job Documents

From contracts and drawings to reports and emails, Abtrac provides a structured register for tracking critical documents linked to each job. You can access Job Files from the Projects screen.
 
Abtrac can keep a reference to the files associated with any Job/Project. You can link to online files in your OneDrive, Dropbox or SharePoint. Or link to where these files are stored on your local machine (or local server) with the Chrome Abtrac Document Launcher.

Need more detailed document management?

Abtrac also links with 12D Synergy Document Management. With Abtrac and 12D Synergy you can centralise your data and documents to ensure everyone on the job has easy and immediate access from wherever they are.
