Which client generated the most revenue for you this year?

The ‘Top Clients by Amount Invoiced’ report in Abtrac offers a detailed, ranked list of clients based on their total invoiced amount within a specific date range.

This report provides a breakdown of key financial metrics, such as time value, disbursement value, WIP total value, and amount invoiced, making it ideal for identifying top revenue-generating clients.

The data in this report correlates with other invoicing-related reports, such as the Assigned Time and Disbursements and Invoice Listing reports.

Managing Completed Projects

Use the ‘Jobs to make Non-Current' report in Abtrac to help you identify jobs with no recent activity, such as timesheet entries or invoices, since a specified date. It generates a list of these jobs, allowing you to mark them as non-current.

This ensures that completed jobs don’t mistakenly receive additional time entries and prevents outdated jobs from cluttering search screens, reports, and selection lists for time and disbursement entries.

This in turn improves the performance and accuracy of Abtrac for you.

Find out when you last had contact with a client?

Check out the 'Clients Last Contact' report in Abtrac to get a list of clients who haven’t had a recorded contact since a specified date.

This report displays the previous instances of client interactions based on timesheet entries. It also helps to identify service gaps and aids in client follow-ups, ensuring timely re-engagement.

Additionally, it can help to determine whether jobs or clients should be made non-current.

  • New options for the Manage WIP screen

What's next in 2025:

We're collaborating with Stripe to introduce more payment options for your Abtrac invoices.

Online payments provide a simple method for your clients to settle their invoices faster.
