Abtrac has been a huge success. Timesheets are all done by midday Monday. This would have

Our previous system was hard to use and no one knew how to maintain it. It had poor reporting
functionality and took too long to generate reports.
The Abtrac installation was a breeze and the initial set up was also very easy. It personally took me
perhaps a week to master the basics and maybe 1-2 months for the rest of the system. Everyone else
was able to transition immediately without much training at all - we were able to quickly make it look and
feel like "our old" time and cost system.
I like how the Abtrac people keep in touch with us advising when they are going to be in our
neighbourhood and offering to call in.
Support is a big plus. Someone always answers the phone - I've never left a voicemail to date. I have
always found anyone I speak to at Abtrac to be friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Queries are quickly
answered, most of the time over the phone. I enjoy its ease of use - I don't need to read the manual.

We were using a database time recording system which had severe limitations, both in entering data and
producing outputs, and needed a fresh approach to recording time and materials against specific projects,
and maintaining a basic client contact system. Other systems were either modules for accounting
systems, which we did not want, or overly complex and expensive. Abtrac suited perfectly, and we have
not regretted changing to it.
Abtrac is simple to use, both in entering data and producing outputs (invoices, reports etc). We have it set
up so it is able to be accessed by remote staff and staff in the office, to enter time against jobs. It has a
wide range of reporting options, providing up to date information on Clients, Jobs, WIP and Debtors,
quickly and accurately.
After installing Abtrac, our first outputs were produced within a week of implementation. They also
transferred our data from our legacy systems.
We are very happy with responses. In all cases queries have been addressed quickly, and where
necessary solutions provided promptly.
Throughout I have been impressed with the after sales support, and openness to suggestions. Also the
availability of staff to assist if we do strike a problem.
As a specialised Remuneration and Human Resources consulting business we required an efficient and
effective system which allowed us to track progress on assignments and prospects, and manage time
recording, invoicing and debtor control, while also providing basic CRM functionality. Abtrac was the only
system we found which manages all these in an easy to use interface, without requiring the
implementation of new accounting systems to support it.
I unreservedly recommend Abtrac to any consulting business providing a mixture of time and materials
based services to clients.
