Setting up a project in the software

Project setup allows you to enter a range of details associated with each job

Minimally you must have a project job code and job name or description. Abtrac can auto-generate the job code or you can enter your own. Optionally you can enter billing details specific for that job, and much more. The entire job scope can be entered and maintained, through to specifically assigned staff and other resources, or sub-consultants.

Each job can be broken into tasks (aka stages or phases). These can be independently costed using an hourly charge up, lump sum or percentage of total cost basis. The specific invoice recipient details can be entered, even through to the specific account code to which you want this invoice to be posted in your accounts.
