Clients and Contacts

The core of the system is a Client and Contact Tracking System. It allows users to enter, edit and report on clients, client jobs, and other business contacts.

  • Details on client, contact and other business entities
  • People associated with an entity are entered and maintained separate to the entity itself.


  • Multiple physical street and delivery addresses, private box numbers and indeed many people associated with each of the various locations


  • Fields for direct dial phone number (DDL), individual e-mail addresses and individual mobile numbers of client contacts
  • Mask out, but never lose those former Clients and Contacts by flagging them as Non-current
