Client setup of our time tracking software is quick and intuitive. You can simply enter and maintain a client name, or much more, depending on your business needs. Clients can be classified by type, and tagged as billable or not. Clients can also be tagged with other criteria and classifiers to facilitate grouping in reports and other screens. Every client can have multiple addresses and multiple people associated with it. Each person can be assigned to a specific address so as invoices are raised for them, the correct address is assigned. This saves time and confusion.
You can also set up and maintain other business entities with whom you do work, including sub-consultants and third party non-billable entities. The benefit is that details on everyone with whom your business does business can be maintained in the one system, maintainable and available to everyone who needs access. User access rights can be set to allow specific users to enter and edit details, or simply view them.
